GLUTEN FREE GRANOLA

This is the easiest granola recipe ever! It is gluten free, has very simple ingredients and will keep for a week!

Ingredients

3 cups gluten free oats

2 cups mix of cashews, pepitas, pecans(any other nut) and dried fruits(I like cranberries and cherries)

1 cup mix of chia seeds, coconut flakes and sunflower seeds

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 

Mix all ingredients in bowl.

Pour onto baking sheet and bake 30 minute at 400 degrees. Stir every 10 minutes.

Cool and serve.
